We were delighted to be able to make three Unconditional Offers to Parkside boys this year. Like the prep school at Parkside, Tonbridge specialises in the education of boys. We are academically selective and Parkside boys are well prepared for the academic rigour here. Similarly, boys from Parkside easily transition to the depth and breadth of co-curricular pursuits at Tonbridge, including music, sport and the creative arts. The intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of these activities is nurtured at Parkside and flourishes at Tonbridge as the boys reach their teens. 35 miles along the M25, we are not that far away either! We very much look forward to developing our relationship with Parkside in the years to come.

School Bursaries

At Parkside School, we are committed to making our exceptional education as accessible as possible. We understand that pupils who might not be able to access sufficient funding, might be a significant asset to our School. Therefore, we offer means-tested financial support for fees to eligible parents and guardians.

This award is called a 'School Bursary' and is granted depending on the extent of the financial need, not on the child’s academic ability. The percentage of fee support is decided by the financial need of the family. The suitability of the child and their ability to thrive at Parkside School is always considered individually and the percentage fee support is calculated on a case by case basis.

A School Bursary is not a loan, therefore, you do not have to repay it.

Whilst generous, the bursary fund is limited so early application is advisable and the main deadline for applications is 31 March 2024, for a September 2024 start. Depending on this, we will also consider cases throughout the year also, so please do ask.
